What is the Scars Lifetime Guarantee?
All GORUCK built gear, including our Rucker and GR1 packs, comes with our Scars Lifetime Guarantee. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you manage to wear it out through heavy use, we will repair or replace it.
How do I choose the right size ruck plate?
Standard rucking weights are 10lb, 20lb, and 30lb. Beginners should start with 10-20lbs. Ensure the plate matches the dimensions of your backpack's laptop compartment or dedicated ruck plate pocket for a secure fit.
What is your return policy for footwear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear, including boots and training apparel, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is free for domestic US orders.

How should I clean my GORUCK backpack?
Do not machine wash or dry clean your ruck. Hand wash it in a tub using cold water and a mild detergent. Use a soft nylon brush to remove dirt, then hang it to air dry away from direct sunlight.
